Six National Teams to Square Off in London Invitational

Serving as an Olympic warm-up, six formidable squads will display their stuffs as they square off in the London International Basketball Invitational on August 16 to 21 at the Basketball Arena in East London.

The Great Britain Men’s Basketball Team will see action and will go up against the national teams of Australia, China, Croatia, France, and Serbia, who are all gearing up for the 2012 London Olympics.

The GB men’s team, which is expected to be led by Chicago Bulls star Luol Deng and Detroit Pistons guard Ben Gordon, will also use the competition as part of their preparation for the upcoming European championships.
